Debuts by The Chainsmokers, Alessia Cara and more!

It’s week five at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart for James Arthur’s ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’. Arthur’s album Back From The Edge debuted at #1 on the UK Albums Chart last week.

In its third week in the top 50, Neiked’s ‘Sexual’ has jumped up 14 spots to #7 to hit the top ten for the first time. The track has also hit the top ten in the UK, so far peaking at #6.

With a move of seven spots to #12, Peking Duk’s ‘Stranger’ snares a new peak in its third week in the top 50.

Nevada, Mark Morrison and Fetty Wap’s ‘The Mack’ moves up two spots to make its top ten debut. It’s still seven spots below the peak reached by Mark Morrison’s original ‘Return Of The Mack’ in 1996.

There’s also new peaks this week for Maroon 5’s ‘Don’t Wanna Know’ (#6), Illy’s ‘Catch 22’ (#14), Guy Sebastian’s ‘Set In Stone’ (#21), Frenship’s ‘Capsize’ (#32), Zay Hilfigerrr & Zayion McCall’s ‘Juju On That Beat (TZ Anthem)’ (#36) and Andy Grammer’s ‘Fresh Eyes’ (#44).

Debuts:

#23: The Chainsmokers ‘Collage EP’ – A sixth top 50 entry for American duo The Chainsmokers. The five-track ‘Collage EP’ features the singles ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ (#3 Apr. ’16), ‘Closer’ (#1 Aug. ’16) and ‘All We Know’ (#8 Oct. ’16).

#33: Rae Sremmurd ‘Black Beatles’ – American hip hop duo Rae Sremmurd make their ARIA Singles Chart debut with ‘Black Beatles’. The song has become a viral hit following its use in the Mannequin Challenge videos.

#38: Clean Bandit Feat. Sean Paul & Anne-Marie ‘Rockabye’ – Clean Bandit make their return to the ARIA Singles Chart for the first time since 2014 with ‘Rockabye’. The British electronic group have previously charted with ‘Rather Be’ (#2 Mar. ’14) and ‘Real Love’ (#13 Dec. ’14).

#41: Alessia Cara ‘Scars To Your Beautiful’ – ‘Scars To Your Beautiful’ is the third single to chart from Alessia Cara’s debut album Know-It-All (#16 Mar. ’16), following on from ‘Here’ (#12 Dec. ’16) and ‘Wild Things’ (#24 Apr. ’16).
