On the ARIA Charts last week, there was an Ed Sheeran double with his third album ÷ debuting at #1 and the single ‘Shape Of You’ sitting at #1 for a ninth consecutive week.

Which acts will be vying for the top spots on this week’s ARIA Charts?

ALBUMs

The soundtrack to the live action version of Beauty And The Beast could make its debut a week ahead of the film’s release; American indie band The Shins return with their first album in five years, Heartworms; British singer-songwriter Laura Marling could pick up her fifth top 50 entry with Semper Femina; former Men At Work frontman Colin Hay could hit the ARIA top 50 for the first time as a solo artist with thirteenth solo album Fierce Mercy; The Music Of Nashville Original Soundtrack Season 5, Volume 1 could become the TV series’ first soundtrack to chart in the top 50.

Albums that could make a move up the chart this week include Adele’s 19, Justin Bieber’s Purpose, Jessica Mauboy’s The Secret Daughter, Guns N' Roses’ Appetite For Destruction and Coldplay’s A Head Full Of Dreams.

Singles

Norwegian production Stargate could make their charts debut as a lead artist with the P!nk and Sia-featuring song ‘Waterfall’; Brisbane act Sheppard could be set for their first top 50 appearance since 2014 with ’Keep Me Crazy’; after debuting at #4 last week with ‘Green Light’, Lorde could pick up another new chart entry from Melodrama with ‘Liability’.

Look out for move up the Singles Chart by Ed Sheeran’s ‘Galway Girl’, Bruno Mars’ ‘That's What I Like’, Jax Jones’ ‘You Don't Know Me’ and Adele’s ‘Water Under The Bridge’.
