James Arthur stays at #1 for seventh week

Debuts by Isaiah, Robbie Williams and more!

For the seven straight week, British singer-songwriter James Arthur is at the top of the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’. Arthur was a presenter at Wednesday night’s ARIA Awards.

A jump of 12 spots for ‘Rockabye’ in its third week in the chart has drawn it level with ‘Rather Be’ (#2 Mar. ’14) as Clean Bandit’s highest peak on the ARIA Charts.

In its third week in the top 50, Rae Sremmurd’s ‘Black Beatles’ has moved up a further two spots to sit at #3. The track is currently #1 in the US.

With Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic debuting at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart this week, the title track has moved to a new peak of #5.

The Veronicas’ ‘On My Side’ has jumped 20 spots in its third week in the top 50. It’s now at #19.

There’s also new peaks for Illy’s ‘Catch 22’ (#11), Drake’s ‘Fake Love’ (#18), Alessia Cara’s ‘Scars To Your Beautiful’ (#28), Zara Larsson’s ‘I Would Like’ (#33), Jonas Blue’s ‘By Your Side’ (#39) and Rag'N'Bone Man’s ‘Human’ (#42).

Debuts:

#26: Isaiah ‘It’s Gotta Be You’ – The debut single from 2016 X Factor winner Isaiah Firebrace. The 17 year old from Moama took out the eighth season of the show after being mentored by pop star Adam Lambert.

#36: Robbie Williams ‘Love My Life’ – Veteran British pop star Robbie Williams returns to the ARIA top 50 for the first time since 2009 with ‘Love My Life’. The single comes from Williams’ eleventh album The Heavy Entertainment Show (#4 Nov. ’16). He last charted with ‘You Know Me’ (#33 Dec. ’09).

#41: The Weeknd Feat. Daft Punk ‘I Feel It Coming’ – Ahead of Starboy’s likely debut on the Albums Chart next week, The Weeknd has scored a second Singles Chart entry with a track from the album. Like ‘Starboy’ (#2 Oct. ’16), ‘I Feel It Coming’ is also a collaboration with robotic French duo Daft Punk.

#49: Mura Masa Feat. A$ap Rocky ‘Love$ick’ – British electronic producer Mura Masa makes his ARIA Singles Chart debut with ‘Love$ick’. The track, which features rapper A$AP Rocky, has already charted in the UK.
