Moves for Clean Bandit, Dean Lewis and more!

One Direction member Harry Styles has knocked off Ed Sheeran from the top of the ARIA Singles Chart with his debut solo release ‘Sign Of The Times’. Styles becomes the second One Direction member to have a solo #1, following Zayn’s ‘Pillowtalk’ (#1 Feb. ’16).

In its fourth week in the top 50, Clean Bandit’s ‘Symphony’ moves up five spots to #9, hitting the top ten for the first time. The track becomes the British trio’s third top ten single.

After debuting at #50 last week, Sydney artist Dean Lewis jumps 25 spots to #25 with his debut single ‘Waves’.

This week’s chart also includes new peaks for Future’s ‘Mask Off’ (#20) and ‘Selfish’ (#37), Calvin Harris’ ‘Heatstroke’ (#23), Jason Derulo’s ‘Swalla’ (#29) and Martin Jensen’s ‘Solo Dance’ (#40),

Debuts:

#1: Harry Styles ‘Sign Of The Times’ – The debut solo single from Harry Styles gives the One Direction member his second career #1 on the ARIA Charts. ‘Sign Of The Times’ is Styles’ first chart appearance since One Direction’s ‘History’ (#25 Feb. ’16). His first #1 single was with the One Direction hit ‘Drag Me Down’ (#1 Aug. ’15).

#21: Halsey ‘Now Or Never’ – American singer-songwriter Halsey picks up her first appearance in the ARIA top 50 as a lead artist with ‘Now Or Never’. The track is the first single released from Halsey’s forthcoming second album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom, due in June. She previously topped the Singles Chart as featured artist on The Chainsmokers’ ‘Closer’ (#1 Aug. ’16).

#42: Kyle ‘iSpy’ – The top 50 debut from LA rapper Kyle. ‘iSpy’, which features fellow rapper Lil Yachty, is currently sitting in the top ten in the US at #4.
