5SOS hold Singles Chart #1 for sixth week

Debuts for XXXTentacion, Jonas Blue, Demi Lovato and more!

After topping both charts last week, 5 Seconds Of Summer have managed to hold on to #1 on the Singles Chart for a sixth consecutive week with ‘Youngblood’.

The late XXXTentacion continues to have an impact on the chart after his passing last week. ‘Sad!’ moves up four to a new peak of #4, while ‘Jocelyn Flores’ has made its Top 50 debut at #8 and ‘Changes’ had moved up 19 to #15.

In its eighth week in the chart, ‘Lovely’ by American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish jumps up six spots to hit the Top Ten for the first time at #5.

Climbing up five spots to #7, ‘Solo’ becomes Clean Bandit’s fourth Top Ten single following ‘Rather Be’ (#2 Apr. ’14), ‘Rockabye’ (#1 Dec. ’16) and ‘Symphony’ (#4 May ’17).

A new peak at #12 for American rapper Juice WRLD’s debut Singles Chart entry ‘Lucid Dreams’. The track has already hit the Top Ten in the US, New Zealand and Canada.

There are also new peaks on the Singles Chart this week for Cardi B’s ‘I Like It’ (#14), Martin Garrix’s ‘Ocean’ (#18), Tiesto & Dzeko’s ‘Jackie Chan’ (#23), NOTD’s ‘I Wanna Know’ (#26), Kygo & Imagine Dragons’ ‘Born To Be Yours’ (#32), A$AP Rocky’s ‘Praise The Lord (Da Shine)’ (#33) and Conrad Sewell’s ‘Healing Hands’ (#37).

Debuts:

#8: XXXTentacion ‘Jocelyn Flores’ – The late XXXTentacion grabs a new entry in the ARIA Top Ten this week with ‘Jocelyn Flores’. The track originally appeared on the American rapper’s debut album, 17 (#29 Sept. ’17) and previously charted in the Top Ten in New Zealand and in the Top 20 in the US.

#41: Jonas Blue ‘Rise’ – Tropical house artist Jonas Blue picks up a fifth entry in the ARIA Top 50 with ‘Rise’. The British DJ/producer’s first chart entry for 2018 features vocals by American pop-rap duo Jack & Jack. Jonas Blue’s last chart appearance was with ‘Mama; (#7 Jul. ’17).

#44: Panic! At The Disco ‘High Hopes’ – As well as scoring the #1 on this week’s ARIA Albums Chart, American rock band Panic! At The Disco has taken out a new entry on the Singles Chart with ‘High Hopes’. Coming from chart-topper Pray For The Wicked, it’s the act’s first Singles Chart appearance since ‘The Ballad of Mona Lisa’ (#21 Apr. ’11).

#50: Demi Lovato ‘Sober’ – American artist Demi Lovato notches up an eighth Top 50 entry as lead artist with ‘Sober’. It’s Lovato’s first new entry on the chart since scoring a career peak with ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ (#8 Sept. ’17). A track Lovato is featured on, Clean Bandit’s ‘Solo’, has jumped into the Top Ten for the first time this week, hitting #7.
