Fourth week at #1 for Bohemian Rhapsody soundtrack

Debuts for Maggie Rogers, Cub Sport, James Blake and more!

For the fourth straight week, the soundtrack to Bohemian Rhapsody holds #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. This week the Queen biopic received five Academy Awards nominations, including one for Best Picture.
 
Touring Australia for the first time since 1995, Phil Collins jumps up 39 spots to #9 with the career-spanning set The Singles. With the tour continuing for another two weeks, expect it to continue to make an impact on the chart.
 
Following their release for the first time on vinyl, Missy Higgins’ first two studio albums return to the Top 50. Her 2004 debut album The Sound Of White (#1 Sept. ’04) hits the chart at #18, while its follow-up On A Clear Night (#1 May ‘07) is back in at #34.
 
As his national tour kicks off, Keith Urban jumps up 15 spots to #20 with Graffiti U.
 
Mumford & Sons jump up nine to #21 with Delta, as their Australian tour wraps up.

#8: Maggie Rogers ‘Heard It In A Past Life’ – American singer-songwriter Maggie Rogers makes her debut ARIA Charts appearance with Heard It In A Past Life. It’s her major-label debut, having independently released the albums The Echo (2012) and Blood Ballet (2014). In 2017, Rogers released the EP Now That The Light Is Fading.
 
#12: Cub Sport ‘Cub Sport’ – With their self-titled third album, Brisbane band Cub Sport make their debut appearance in the ARIA Top 50. Cub Sport is the follow-up to 2017’s BATS. In 2018, the quartet were the inaugural winners of the ARIA Emerging Artist Scholarship.
 
#22: James Blake ‘Assume Form’ – British artist James Blake returns with fourth album, Assume Form. Coming three years on from The Colour In Anything (#16 May ’16), Blake’s fourth album includes collaborations with Andre 3000, Travis Scott, Moses Sumney and more. Blake’s highest peak on the Albums Chart to date was with Overgrown (#5 Apr. ’13).
 
#33: Future ‘Future Hndrxx Presents: The Wizrd’ – Future releases his seventh solo album, Future Hndrxx Presents: The Wizrd. It’s the first release credited solely to the American rapper to hit the chart since Future (#42 Feb. ’17). In between solo chart appearances, Future also charted with the collaboration with Young Thug, Super Slimey (#35 Oct. ’17) and the Juice WRLD collaboration, WRLD On Drugs (#28 Oct. ’18)
 
#42: Papa Roach ‘Who Do You Trust?’ – Nu-metal band Papa Roach take out a fifth Top 50 entry with Who Do You Trust? It’s their tenth studio album and comes two years on from Crooked Teeth (#18 May ’17), their highest chart peak to date.
 
#50: Dodie ‘Human’ – Releasing Human, her third EP, British singer-songwriter Dodie picks up a second chart entry. The follow-up to You (#17 Aug. ’17) features a collaboration with Tom Walker on the title track.
