Jonas Brothers hold #1 for third week with Sucker

Debuts for Dean Lewis, Ava Max and more!

‘Sucker’ gives American siblings the Jonas Brothers a third consecutive week at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart.
 
Dominic Fike’s ‘3 Nights’ continues its climb up the Singles Chart. In its eleventh week in the Top 50, it’s up three spots to #5.
 
As he tops the Albums Chart with A Place We Knew, Sydney singer-songwriter Dean Lewis snares a second Top Ten entry with ‘7 Minutes’. The track jumps up seven spots in its tenth week on the chart to hit #10. Lewis’ other Top Ten entry was with ‘Be Alright’ (#1 Sept. ’18), which this week jumps back up to #17.
 
Moving up one spot, P!nk’s ‘Walk Me Home’ claims a new peak at #11. It’s the single’s fifth week in the Top 50.
 
Sitting in the Top 50 for an eleventh week, Calvin Harris and Rag’N’Bone Man’s collaboration ‘Giant’ moves up five spots to hit a new peak at #19.
 
This week’s chart also features new peaks for Marshmello’s ‘Here With Me’ (#22), Mabel’s ‘Don’t Call Me Up’ (#34) and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s ‘Swervin’ (#44).

#26: Dean Lewis ‘Stay Awake’ – With his debut album, A Place We Knew, debuting at the top of this week’s ARIA Albums Chart, Sydney singer-songwriter Dean Lewis takes out a fifth Singles Chart entry with ‘Stay Awake’. The track is the fourth from the album to chart, following ‘Waves’ (#12 May ’17), ‘Be Alright’ (#1 Sept. ’18) and ‘7 Minutes’ (#10 Apr. ’19).
 
#29: Ava Max ‘So Am I’ – American artist Ava Max scores a second Top 50 entry with ‘So Am I’. The new single is the follow-up to ‘Sweet But Psycho’ (#2 Jan. ’19), which hit #1 in a number of countries including New Zealand and the UK.
 
#46: Lewis Capaldi ‘Someone You Loved’ – Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi makes his debut in the ARIA Top 50 with ‘Someone You Loved’. It hits the chart in advance of Capaldi’s debut album, Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, which is set for release in May. The single’s video features Capaldi’s relative and former Doctor Who star, Peter Capaldi.
 
#47: Lil Nas X ‘Old Town Road’ – American rapper Lil Nas X makes his ARIA Singles Chart debut with ‘Old Town Road’. The song became popular through social media app TikTok and has already made its way up the charts in the US and New Zealand. It also appeared on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart but was later removed after being deemed not country music.
