Tones And I’s record-smashing run at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Dance Monkey’ continues for a 24th week. German duo Milky Chance covered ‘Dance Monkey’ this week for Triple J’s Like A Version.
 
Moving up one spot, ‘Blinding Lights’ becomes The Weeknd’s third single to peak at #2 after ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ (#2 Jul. ’15) and ‘Starboy’ (#2 Nov. ’16).
 
A week on from debuting at #8, Justin Bieber’s ‘Yummy’ jumps up four to claim a new peak at #4. Bieber’s first solo single in three years becomes his tenth Top Five single in Australia as a lead artist.
 
American rapper Roddy Ricch climbs eleven spots to #7 with ‘The Box’. Gaining popularity thanks to its use in a series of viral TikTok videos, the song recently hit #1 on the Billboard 100 in the US.
 
Topping the Albums Chart with Rare, Selena Gomez moves up to #20 with ‘Lose You To Love Me’.
 
As they wrap up their Australian tour, American collective Brockhampton move 16 places to hit #21 with ‘Sugar’. The group’s first Top 50 entry on the Singles Chart comes from their fifth album Ginger (#3 Sept. ’19).
 
This week’s chart also features new peaks for Benee’s ‘Glitter’ (#29) and Sofi Tukker’s ‘Purple Hat’ (#36).

#15: Future Feat. Drake ‘Life Is Good’ – Rapper Future hits the Singles Chart for the first time in two years with ‘Life Is Good’. The track is Future’s latest collaboration with Drake; the two previously released the mixtape What A Time To Be Alive (#4 Sept. ’15). Future last charted as a lead artist with ‘Mask Off’ (#13 Jun. ’17).
 
#23: Selena Gomez ‘Rare’ – As she takes out the #1 position on this week’s Albums Chart, Selena Gomez takes out a third chart entry from Rare with its title track. The debut of ‘Rare’ on the Singles Chart follows ‘Lose You To Love Me’ (#2 Nov. ’19) and ‘Look At Her Now’ (#29 Nov. ’19).
 
#41: Halsey ‘You Should Be Sad’ – With her third album, Manic, just released, Halsey grabs a third Top 50 single from it with ‘You Should Be Sad’. The 2019 ARIA Awards guest previously charted with the singles from the album ‘Without Me’ (#2 Dec. ’18) and ‘Graveyard’ (#24 Oct. ’19). Stay tuned to see where Manic will debut next week.
 
#43: Mac Miller ‘Good News’ – The late Mac Miller makes his first appearance in the ARIA Top 50 as a lead artist with ‘Good News’. It’s the first single to be released from the forthcoming posthumous album Circles, released on 17 January. Miller passed away in September 2018, just after the release of his fifth album Swimming (#7 Sept. ’18).
 
#44: No Money Enterprise ‘German’ – No Money Enterprise make their debut in the ARIA Top 50 with ‘German’. Hailing from Logan in Queensland, the hip hop outfit have already spent two weeks in the chart in New Zealand, where ‘German’ is currently at #31.
