Debuts for Drake, Jack Harlow and more!

‘Roses’ by SAINt JHN holds the top spot on the ARIA Singles Chart for a second week. After holding #1 in the UK for two weeks, it dropped back to #2 last week, being replaced by The Weeknd’s ‘Blinding Lights’, the song it displaced from the top.
 
Powfu’s ‘Death Bed’ moves up one spot to score a new peak at #5. It’s the track’s sixth week in the Top 50.
 
After two weeks at #12, ‘Sunday Best’ by Surfaces hits a new peak at #11.
 
Lil Mosey’s ‘Blueberry Faygo’ also moves up one spot, claiming a new peak at #17.
 
In its second week in the Top 50, Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Savage’ jumps up four places to crack the Top 20 at #19. ‘Savage’ became viral thanks to a dance challenge on TikTok with users dancing to the song’s chorus.
 
While her ‘Say So’ single sits in the Top Ten for a sixth week at #7, Doja Cat jumps up 22 spots to #24 with ‘Boss B**ch’. The track was released on Birds of Prey: The Album (#9 Feb. ’20). It’s the first song from the album to appear in the Top 50.
 
Returning to the Top 50 this week, Noah Cyrus’ ‘July’ hits a new peak at #48.

#3: Drake ‘Toosie Slide’ – Canadian star Drake returns to the Top 50 with ‘Toosie Slide’. The rapper’s 13th Top Ten single is his first chart entry as a lead artist since ‘Money In The Grave’ (#7 Jul. ’19). The song went viral on TikTok before its official release, when it became the soundtrack to a dance challenge on the social media platform. Earlier in 2020, Drake featured on the Future single ‘Life Is Good’ (#11 Jan. ’20).
 
#35: Jack Harlow ‘Whats Poppin’ – American hip hop artist Jack Harlow make his Top 50 debut with ‘Whats Poppin’. The track comes from Harlow’s EP Sweet Action, which was released in March. The Kentucky-raised artist has released a mixtape or EP every year since 2014.
 
#47: DaBaby ‘Find Me Way’ – After being the featured artist on charting singles by Post Malone and Camila Cabello, rapper DaBaby hits the Top 50 for the first time as a lead artist with ‘Find My Way’. It’s the second single to be released from DaBaby’s forthcoming third album, the follow-up to Kirk (#11 Oct. ’19).
