Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

Contenders include Bliss N Eso, Gorillaz, DJ Khaled and more.

For the seventh week in 2017, it was an Ed Sheeran double at the top of the ARIA Charts last week. Strengthening its hold on the record for most weeks at #1 on the Singles Chart, ‘Shape Of You’ occupied the #1 spot for a fifteenth week. Over on the Albums Chart, it was week eight at #1 for ÷.

Will there be a change at the top of the ARIA Charts this week?

Sydney hip hop crew Bliss N Eso will be aiming for their third consecutive #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with sixth album Off The Grid; virtual band Gorillaz return with their first album since 2011, Humanz; Aussie country stars Adam Harvey and Beccy Cole team up for The Great Country Songbook Vol. II; former Glee star Lea Michele could chart with her second solo album Places; Melbourne R&B group CDB release their first studio album in 20 years, Tailored For Now - Eleven R&B Super Jams; American pop punk band New Found Glory could score a seventh top 50 entry with ninth album Makes Me Sick; Brisbane artist Airling could chart with debut album Hard To Sleep, Easy To Dream; country legend Willie Nelson could hit the top 50 for the first time since 2008 with God's Problem Child; You Am I front man Tim Rogers releases his first solo album in five years, An Actor Repairs; former Screaming Trees singer Mark Lanegan could make his solo top 50 debut with the Mark Lanegan Band’s Gargoyle; Canadian singer-songwriter Feist returns with her first album in six years, Pleasure.

Albums that could make a move up the Albums Chart this week include Guardians Of The Galaxy: Awesome Mix Vol. 1, Bruno Mars’ 24k Magic and Aled Jones’ One Voice.


DJ Khaled could score his first entry as a lead artist in the ARIA top 50 with the Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne-featured track ‘I'm The One’; Kygo follows ‘It Ain’t Me’ (#4 Mar. ’17) up with the Ellie Goulding collaboration ‘First Time’; Katy Perry releases ‘Bon Appétit’ the second single from her forthcoming new album; Norwegian DJ Cashmere Cat could score a second top 50 entry with ‘Quit’; Charlie Puth could pick up his first top 50 entry for 2017 with ‘Attention’.

Look out for moves up the Singles Chart this week by Dean Lewis’ ‘Waves’, Luis Fonsi’s ‘Despacito’, Bliss N Eso’s ‘Moments’ and Kaleo’s ‘Way Down We Go’.
