Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

New releases come from The Killers, Macklemore, British India and more.

At the top of last week’s ARIA Charts, Foo Fighters took home their seventh #1 album with Concrete And Gold and Sam Smith held the top spot on the Singles Chart for a second week with ‘Too Good At Goodbyes’.

Which acts will be vying for the top spots on this week’s ARIA Charts?

Let’s have a look at some of the likely debutants and movers.


American band The Killers could pick up their second #1 album with fifth studio effort Wonderful Wonderful; rapper Macklemore could score his first solo appearance on the Albums Chart with Gemini; the sixth studio album from Melbourne’s British India, Forgetting The Future, could become their fifth top ten; legendary singer-songwriter Van Morrison releases his 37th studio album Roll With The Punches; Melbourne grindcore band King Parrot could hit the top ten for the first time with third album Ugly Produce; the fifth self-titled album from The Bronx could give the LA hardcore outfit a second top 50 appearance; Black Eyed Peas vocalist Fergie releases her second solo album Double Dutchess; British electronic rock act Enter Shikari could hit the top 50 for a third time with fifth album The Spark; metal band Cradle Of Filth could score a fifth top 50 entry with Cryptoriana – The Seductiveness Of Decay; Melbourne’s Cut Copy return with their first album in four years, Haiku From Zero; Florida rockers Sleeping With Sirens will be aiming for a third top 50 entry with fifth album Gossip.

Look out for moves up this week’s Albums Chart by Elvis Presley’s The 50 Greatest Hits, Foo Fighters’ - Greatest Hits and Midnight Oil’s Essential Oils, likely to reappear on the back of the issue of The Great Circle Gold Tour Edition.


Macklemore could take out a second solo top 50 entry with the Kesha-featured track ‘Good Old Days’.

Singles that could make a move up this week’s chart include Post Malone’s ‘Rockstar’, Macklemore’s ‘Glorious’, Demi Lovato’s ‘Sorry Not Sorry’, Portugal. The Man’s ‘Feel It Still’ and Camila Cabello’s ‘Havana’.
