Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

November 8, 2017

New releases come from Sam Smith, Sam Smith, Maroon 5 and more.

It was another week of no change at the top of the ARIA Charts last week, with Beautiful Trauma by P!nk notching up its third week at #1 on the Albums Chart and Post Malone’s ‘Rockstar’ holding #1 for a sixth straight week on the Singles Chart.

Which acts will we see making an impact on the ARIA Charts this week?

Let’s take a look at the likely debuts and movers.

British singer-songwriter Sam Smith could score his second #1 album on the ARIA Charts with The Thrill Of It All; Guy Sebastian could pick up a ninth top ten entry with eighth studio album Conscious; American band Maroon 5 return with sixth album Red Pill Blues; country artist Kelsea Ballerini will be aiming for a new peak with second album Unapologetically; the late, great Roy Orbison receives the orchestral treatment with A Love So Beautiful: Roy Orbison & The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra; country star Blake Shelton could take out a fourth top 50 entry with Texoma Shore; Sydney metalcore band Polaris release their debut album The Mortal Coil; 13 year old American Grace VanderWaal could make her chart debut with Just The Beginning; rappers 21 Savage and Offset join forces with producer Metro Boomin for the collaborative album Without Warning; Norwegian DJ Kygo releases his second album Kids In Love; Jet frontman Nic Cester makes his solo debut with Sugar Rush.

Albums that could make a move up this week’s chart include INXS’ The Very Best, Michael Buble’s Christmas and the Baby Driver soundtrack.

Taylor Swift could pick up another Singles Chart entry from Reputation with ‘Call It What You Want’; N*E*R*D return with their first single in seven years ‘Lemon’’ fictional grime MC Big Shaq could make his chart debut with ‘Man's Not Hot’.

Look out for moves up the Singles Chart this week by Sam Smith’s ‘Too Good At Goodbyes’, Maroon 5’s ‘What Lovers Do’, Charlie Puth ‘How Long’, Lil Pump’s ‘Gucci Gang’, Peking Duk’s ‘Let You Down’ and more.

The weekly ARIA Charts announcement happens every Saturday at 5pm.
