Ariana Grande holds #1 for third week with Thank U, Next

Moves for George Ezra, Rita Ora, Ava Max and more!

Ariana Grande’s ‘Thank U, Next’ notches up a third week at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. The track has also spent three weeks at the top the charts in the UK, US and Canada.
 
After his performance at the 2018 ARIA Awards, British singer-songwriter George Ezra moves back up the chart one spot to #3 with former #1 ‘Shotgun’.
 
Also appearing at the ARIAs on Wednesday, Rita Ora moves up four spots to #8 with ‘Let You Love Me’. It’s her fourth Top Ten entry and the first since ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ (#5 Apr. ’14).
 
American Ava Max leaps up the chart nine places to hit a new peak at #13 with ‘Sweet But Psycho’ It’s the single’s fifth week in the Top 50.

As it hits an eighth week in the Top 50, ‘Love Someone’ by Danish group Lukas Graham moves up nine spots to claim a new peak at #22.
 
There are also new peaks this week for Imagine Dragons’ ‘Bad Liar’ (#27), Sheck Wes’ ‘Mo Bamba’ (#29) and Zara Larrson’s ‘Ruin My Life’ (#40).

#23: Billie Eilish ‘Come Out And Play’ – A month on from debuting with ‘When The Party’s Over’ (#10 Nov. ’18), Billie Eilish scores another new entry on the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Come Out And Play’. It’s the American songwriter’s fourth single to chart in the Top 50 in 2018, having also previously charted with ‘Lovely’ (#5 Jul. ’18) and ‘You Should See Me In A Crown’ (#47 Aug. ’18).
 
#42: Hilltop Hoods ‘Leave Me Lonely’ – Adelaide’s Hilltop Hoods hit the Singles Chart with ‘Leave Me Lonely’. It’s the second single released from the trio’s forthcoming eighth album, The Great Expanse, following ‘Clark Griswold’ (#48 Jul. ’18). For their previous single, the group was awarded Best Urban release at the 2018 ARIA Awards.
 
#50: Kygo Feat. Sandro Cavazza ‘Happy Now’ – Norwegian DJ/producer Kygo notches up a third chart entry for the year with ‘Happy Now’. Featuring vocals by Swedish singer-songwriter Sandro Cavazza, the track is the follow-up to ‘Born To Be Yours’ (#18 Aug. ’18) and Remind Me To Forget (#14 May ’18).
