Drake holds #1 for second week

Debuts for The Weeknd & Kendrick Lamar, Bazzi, Vance Joy and more!

Drake’s ‘God’s Plan’ holds #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart for a second consecutive week. The track has also topped the charts in the US, Canada, UK and a number of other European countries.

Moving up six spots from last week to #4, ‘These Days’ becomes Rudimental’s third top five on the ARIA Singles Chart and their first since ‘Free’ (#5 Jan. ’14).

Dua Lipa’s latest single ‘IDGAF’ jumps five spots to #11 in its third week in the chart. It’s one spot away from become the British artist’s third top ten.

With Justin Timberlake’s Man Of The Woods’ debuting at #2 on this week’s Albums Chart, its second single climbs up twelve spots to score a new peak this week at #24.

This week’s Singles Chart also includes new peaks for Kendrick Lamar & SZA’s ‘All The Stars’ (#19), The Chainsmokers’ ‘Sick Boy’ (#37) and Hayden James’ ‘Numb’ (#48).


#18: The Weeknd & Kendrick Lamar ‘Pray For Me’ – The Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar team up for a track for Black Panther: The Album, ‘Pray For Me’. It’s the second single to chart from the soundtrack album, following on from Lamar’s collaboration with SZA, ‘All The Stars’ (#19 Feb. ’18). It’s The Weeknd’s first new entry on the Singles Chart since ‘Party Monster’ (#33 Dec. ’16).

#33: Bazzi ‘Mine’ – Bazzi make his first Singles Chart appearance with ‘Mine’. The American singer-songwriter/producer, whose full name is Andrew Bazzi, originally made a name for himself as a star on defunct social media site Vine.

#41: Vance Joy ‘We’re Going Home’ – Vance Joy picks up a second top 50 entry from the forthcoming Nation Of Two album with ‘We're Going Home’. It’s the follow-up ‘Lay It On Me’ (#18 Sept. ’17) and becomes the Melbourne singer-songwriter’s seventh top 50 single.

#45: Liam Payne & Rita Ora ‘For You (Fifty Shades Freed)’ – British artists Liam Payne and Rita Ora join forces on ‘For You (Fifty Shades Freed)’. The track is the lead single from the soundtrack to the third film in the Fifty Shades Of Grey series, Fifty Shades Freed. Payne was last on the chart with the Zedd collaboration ‘Get Low’ (#39 Jul. ’17), while Ora recently charted with ‘Anywhere’ (#14 Dec. ’17).

#50: Zedd & Grey Feat. Maren Morris ‘The Middle’ – German producer Zedd hits the ARIA Charts for the first time in 2018 with ‘The Middle’. Featuring American singer-songwriter Maren Morris and American musical duo Grey, it’s Zedd’s first Singles Chart appearance since ‘Get Low’ (#39 Jul. ’17).
