Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

January 17, 2018

New releases come from Camila Cabello, Tonight Alive, Troye Sivan and more.

There was no change at the top of the ARIA Charts last week, with the soundtrack to Hugh Jackman’s The Greatest Showman holding #1 on the Albums Chart for a second week and Ed Sheeran notching up his sixth straight week at #1 on the Singles Chart with ‘Perfect’.

Who could we see topping the ARIA Charts this week?

Let’s check out some of the artists vying for prime positions.

Former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello releases her debut solo album, Camila; Sydney’s Tonight Alive could score a third top ten with fourth album Underworld; American rockers Black Veil Brides could hit the top ten for the first time with Vale; the cast recording for Muriel's Wedding The Musical could hit the chart for the first time this week; guitar maestro Joe Satriani returns with 16th solo album  What Happens Next; Black Rebel Motorcycle Club could hit the top 50 for the first time since 2010 with Wrong Creatures.

Look out for jumps up this week’s Albums Chart by Foo Fighters’ Concrete And Gold and Harry Styles’ self-titled debut album.

Troye Sivan could hit the chart with ‘My My My!’, the lead single from his forthcoming second album; as well as a likely debut on the Albums Chart Camila Cabello could pick up a new entry on the Singles Chart with ‘Never Be The Same’; Taylor Swift could pick up a fifth Singles Chart entry from Reputation (#1 Nov. ’17) with the Ed Sheeran and Future-featured ‘End Game’.

Singles likely to make a move up the chart this week include Bruno Mars’ ‘Finesse’, Keala Settle & The Greatest Showman Ensemble’s ‘This Is Me’, Justin Timberlake’s ‘Filthy’ and more.

The weekly ARIA Charts announcement happens every Saturday at 5pm.
