Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

November 7, 2018

New releases come from Matt Corby, Barbra Streisand, The Prodigy and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, the soundtrack to A Star Is Born continued its dominance, topping the Albums Chart for a second week, while Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s ‘Shallow’ was #1 on the Singles Chart for a second week.

Which acts could be vying for the #1s on this week’s ARIA Charts?

Let’s look at some of the possible debutants and movers.

ALBUMs

Sydney singer-songwriter Matt Corby returns with second album Rainbow Valley; the legendary Barbra Streisand releases her 36th studio album, Walls; British electronic band The Prodigy could score a sixth Top Ten entry with seventh studio album No Tourists; Bob Dylan opens up his archives again with More Blood, More Tracks: The Bootleg Series Vol. 14; comedy rockers Tenacious D return with Post-Apocalypto, their first album in six years; South Korean–Chinese boy band Exo could make their ARIA Albums Chart debut with Don't Mess Up My Tempo – The 5th Album.

Albums looking to make a move up the chart this week could include Queen’s Greatest Hits and The Platinum Collection, Amy Shark’s Love Monster, Taylor Swift’s 1989 and more.

Singles

Ariana Grande could score a sixth Top 50 entry for 2018 with the new track ‘Thank U, Next’.
This week’s Singles Chart could include jumps by Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and Ava Max’s ‘Sweet But Psycho’, among others.
