Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

May 22, 2019

New releases come from Conrad Sewell, Tyler, The Creator, Halsey and more.

At the top of the ARIA Charts last week, pop megastars Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber debuted at #1 on the Singles Chart with their collaboration ‘I Don’t Care’. On the Albums Chart, P!nk held #1 for a third week with Hurts 2B Human.

Which artists will we see take out the top spots on the ARIA Charts this week?

Let’s take a look at some of the likely debutants and movers.

Australian singer-songwriter Conrad Sewell will be aiming for a strong debut with his debut album, Life; American rapper Tyler, The Creator could take out a second Top Ten entry with Igor; after a ten year break Rammstein return with their self-titled seventh album; releasing their eighth album, I Am Easy To Find, The National could notch up their fourth chart appearance; DJ Khaled could be headed for a third Top Ten entry with Father Of Asahd; Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi could make his Albums Chart debut with Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent; Carly Rae Jepsen returns with her first album in four years, Dedicated; Melbourne singer-songwriter Alex Lahey could take out a second Top 50 entry with second album, The Best Of Luck Club; Perth’s Crooked Colours could make their Top 50 debut with second album, Langata.

Among the albums that could make a move up this week’s chart are Eurovision Song Contest Tel Aviv 2019 and Kasey Chambers’ The Captain.

As well as debuting on the Albums Chart with Igor, Tyler, The Creator could hit the Singles Chart with a number of tracks including ‘Earfquake’, ‘I Think’, ‘Igor's Theme’, ‘Running Out Of Time’ and ‘New Magic Wand’; Halsey releases her second single for 2019, ‘Nightmare’; Italian production trio MeduZa could make their Top 50 debut with the Goodboys-featured ‘Piece Of Your Heart’.

Look out for jumps up the Singles Chart this week by Lewis Capaldi’s ‘Someone You Loved’, Lizzo’s ‘Truth Hurts’, Tones And I’s ‘Johnny Run Away’ and more.
