Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

New releases come from Ed Sheeran, 5 Seconds Of Summer, the Rocketman cast and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, Conrad Sewell landed his first #1 album as he debuted in the top spot with Life. On the Singles Chart, Lil Nas X returned to notch up a fifth week at #1 with ‘Old Town Road’.

Who could we see vying for the top spots on this week’s ARIA Charts?

Here are some of the possible debutants and movers.

ALBUMs

The soundtrack to the live action remake of Aladdin could hit the chart a week after the film’s release; the Elton John biopic Rocketman could have its soundtrack debut on this week’s chart as the film begins its Australian run; American rapper YG could take out a third Top 50 entry with 4Real 4Real; Sydney’s Middle Kids could score their third chart entry with EP, New Songs For Old Problems; American producer Flying Lotus returns with sixth studio album, Flamagra.

With Rocketman’s release, Elton John could move up this week’s chart with compilation Diamonds and 1973’s Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.

After hitting #1 with ‘I Don’t Care’, Ed Sheeran could score a second chart entry from his forthcoming album with the Chance the Rapper and PnB Rock-featured ‘Cross Me’; 5 Seconds Of Summer release ‘Easier’, the first single from their fourth studio album; American rapper Young Thug could make his Top 50 debut with ‘The London’; OneRepublic could return to the chart for the first time since 2016 with ‘Rescue Me’; American rapper Joyner Lucas could make his first appearance on the chart as a lead artist with ‘ISIS’.
