Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

June 26, 2019

New releases come from Lil Nas X, Mark Ronson, Prince and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, Bruce Springsteen took out his fourth #1 album as he debuted in the top spot with Western Stars. On the Singles Chart, Lil Nas X made it nine weeks at #1 with ‘Old Town Road’.

Who could we see vying for the prime positions on this week’s ARIA Charts?

Here are some debutants and movers to look out for.

With his ‘Old Town Road’ still riding high at the top of the Singles Chart, rapper Lil Nas X could make his Albums Chart debut with the 7 EP; producer Mark Ronson returns with his first album in four years, Late Night Feelings; the famous Prince vault continues to reveal its contents with the release of Originals; Brisbane singer-songwriter Hatchie could make her first chart appearance with debut album, Keepsake; American rock band The Saboteurs release their first album in over ten years, Help Us Stranger; rock supergroup Hollywood Vampires release Rise, their second album; The Wiggles could hit the Albums Chart for the first time in 2019 with Party Time!; featuring actor Himesh Patel, the soundtrack to the film Yesterday could make its chart debut ahead of the film’s release; Northern Irish band Two Door Cinema Club release their fourth album, False Alarm.

Among the movers on this week’s chart, keep an eye on Elton John’s Diamonds and Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born soundtrack.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello team up for a second time, releasing ‘Señorita’; Lil Nas X could score a second Top 50 entry with ‘Panini’; Canadian singer-songwriter Ali Gatie could make his chart debut with ‘It's You’.

This week’s Singles Chart could include moves by Drake’s ‘Money In The Grave’, MeduZa’s ‘Piece Of Your Heart’, Guy Sebastian’s ‘Choir’, Blanco Brown’s ‘The Git Up’ and more.
