Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

July 2, 2019

New releases come from Kylie Minogue, Chris Brown, The Black Keys and more.

At the top of the ARIA Charts last week, Lil Nas X claimed his tenth week at #1 on the Singles Chart with ‘Old Town Road’. On the Albums Chart, Billie Eilish returned to take a sixth week at #1 with When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?

Which acts could we see take out the top spots on the ARIA Charts this week?

Let’s look at some of the possible debutants and movers.

ALBUMs

ARIA Hall Of Fame member Kylie Minogue will be aiming for a sixth #1 album with the career-spanning set Step Back In Time: The Definitive Collection; Chris Brown could be headed for a sixth Top Ten album with Indigo; American duo The Black Keys return with their first album in five years, Let's Rock; Radiohead front man Thom Yorke releases Anima, his third solo album; South Korean boy band BTS could return to the chart with the soundtrack to their mobile game, BTS World; Australian duo No Mono could make their Top 50 debut with Islands Part 2.

This week’s big movers could include Himesh Patel’s Yesterday, The Beatles’ 1 and Ed Sheeran’s X, among others.

Singles

With his album Indigo set to make its debut, Chris Brown could take out a new Singles Chart entry with the Justin Bieber-featured ‘Don't Check On Me’; Norwegian DJ Kygo could chart with his remix of Whitney Houston’s version of Steve Winwood’s ‘Higher Love’; Marshmello could take out a sixth Top 50 entry with the Kane Brown-featured track ‘One Thing Right’.

Look out for moves up the Singles Chart this week by Ed Sheeran’s ‘Cross Me’, Lil Nas X’s ‘Panini’, Guy Sebastian’s ‘Choir’, Tones and I’s ‘Dance Monkey’ and Blanco Brown’s ‘The Git Up’.
