Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

July 24, 2019

New releases come from Beyoncé, Sam Smith, Sabaton and more.

The top of the ARIA Charts last week saw Ed Sheeran score his fourth #1 album with No.6 Collaborations Project and Lil Nas X notch up his 13th week at #1 on the Singles Chart with ‘Old Town Road’.

Who could take out the top spots on this week’s ARIA Charts?

Here are some of the titles that could make an impact.

ALBUMs

Swedish power metal band Sabaton could score their first Top Ten entry with The Great War; Beyoncé releases the Lion King companion album The Lion King: The Gift; Australian rapper Iggy Azalea returns with her second album, In My Defense; Radiohead front man Thom Yorke could hit the Top 50 with the solo album Anima; Canadian punk band Sum 41 release their seventh album, Order In Decline.

There could be moves on this week’s Albums Chart by the soundtrack to The Lion King, Queen’s Greatest Hits, Crowded House’s The Very Very Best Of, Hayden James’ Between Us and more.

Singles

Sam Smith releases his second single of 2019, ‘How Do You Sleep?’; Tones and I could take out a third Top 50 entry with ‘Never Seen The Rain’; American singer-songwriter Andy Grammer could pick up his first Singles Chart entry in two years with ‘Don't Give Up On Me’.
