Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

September 18, 2019

New releases come from Korn, The Hu, The Lumineers and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, Tones And I made it seven weeks at #1 on the Singles Chart with ‘Dance Monkey’ and Post Malone scored his second #1 album as he debuted in the top spot with Hollywood Bleeding.

Who could we see taking out the top spots on the ARIA Charts this week?

Let’s have a look at some of the likely debutants and movers.

ALBUMs

Korn could be headed for their ninth Top Ten album as they release their thirteenth album, The Nothing; Mongolian rock band The Hu could hit the chart for the first time with their debut album, The Gereg; American folk band The Lumineers release their appropriately-named third album, III; Sydney artist Ruel could make his Albums Chart debut with the EP Free Time; Sydney rapper Sampa The Great releases her debut album, The Return; Charli XCX could make her Top 50 debut with third album, Charli; American indie icons Pixies release their seventh album, Beneath The Eyrie; English singer-songwriter Sam Fender could chart with his debut album, Hypersonic Missiles.

Among the movers on this week’s chart could be Rocketman (Music From The Motion Picture).

Singles

Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey team up for ‘Don't Call Me Angel’, the lead single from the soundtrack to the 2019 reboot of Charlie's Angels; Halsey follows ‘Nightmare’ (#13 May ’19) with ‘Graveyard’; American singer-songwriter blackbear could make his Top 50 debut with ‘Hot Girl Bummer’.
