Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

New releases come from Hozier, Solange, Jonas Brothers and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, the Hilltop Hoods became the first Australian group to score six #1 albums, debuting in the top spot with The Great Expanse. On the Singles Chart, Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper returned to the #1 spot with their Oscar-winning single ‘Shallow’.

Who could we see challenging for top honours on this week’s ARIA Charts?

Here are some of the likely debutants and movers.


Irish singer-songwriter Hozier will be hoping for another Top Ten entry as he releases his second album, Wasteland, Baby!; after its surprise release, When I Get Home could give Solange a new Albums Chart peak; after hitting the Singles Chart with ‘Leave A Light On’ (#20 Oct. ’18), Scottish songwriter Tom Walker could hit the Albums Chart with What A Time To Be Alive; Sydney electronic band Mansionair release their debut album, Shadowboxer; rapper 2 Chainz could make his first Top 50 appearance with Rap Or Go To The League; rock veteran Bryan Adams releases his fourteenth studio album, Shine A Light; Swedish metal band In Flames could take out a fourth Top 50 entry with I, The Mask; releasing their fourth album, So What?, British metalcore band While She Sleeps could score a second chart entry; Perth band Pond return with their eighth album, Tasmania.

Moves on this week’s Albums Chart could come for Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born soundtrack, Rufus Du Sol’s Solace, Amy Shark’s Love Monster, Arctic Monkeys’ AM and more.


The recently-reunited Jonas Brothers could make their first Singles Chart appearance since 2008 with ‘Sucker’.

Look out for jumps up the Singles Chart this week by Khalid’s ‘Talk’ and Dominic Fike’s ‘3 Nights’, among others.
