Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

July 8, 2020

New releases come from Pop Smoke, Kanye West, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo hit #1 on the Singles Chart with ‘Savage Love (Laxed - Siren Beat)’. On the Albums Chart, Music From The Home Front held #1 for a second week.

Who could we see take out the top spots on the ARIA Charts this week?
Here are some of the possible debutants and movers.
The late Pop Smoke could take out his first Top Ten entry on the Albums Chart with debut album Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon; the soundtrack to Eurovision Song Contest: The Story Of Fire Saga will be looking to make its first appearance in the Top 50; after the vinyl version was release, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard’s Chunky Shrapnel live album could give the Melbourne band their 16th Top 50 entry.
There could be moves up the Albums Chart this week by the Original Broadway Cast recording of Hamilton - An American Musical, Pop Smoke’s Meet The Woo 2 and The Smith Street Band’s former #1, Don't Waste Your Anger.
Kanye West could score his first Top 50 entry for 2020 with ‘Wash Us In The Blood’; as well as hitting the Albums Chart, Pop Smoke could entry the Singles Chart with ‘The Woo’, ‘For The Night’, ‘Dior’ and ‘Aim For The Moon’.
This week’s Singles Chart could include a move by Nea’s SOME SAY and the re-entry of Eiffel 65’s 1999 #1 ‘Blue’ on the back of a remix by ARIA-winner Flume.
