Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

February 5, 2020

Debuts come from Dune Rats, Louis Tomlinson, Chillinit and more.

On last week’s ARIA Charts, Billie Eilish returned to #1 on the Albums Chart with When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and The Weeknd held the top of the Singles Chart for a second week with ‘Blinding Lights’.
Which artists could we see headed for the top of this week’s ARIA Charts?
Here are some of the prospective debutants and movers.
Brisbane trio Dune Rats will be aiming for their second #1 album with third LP, Hurry Up And Wait; former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson releases his debut solo album Walls; Sydney rapper Chillinit will be hoping to pick up a new chart peak as he releases his second album The Octagon; American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor returns with her first album in four years Treat Myself; Kesha releases her fourth album High Road; rapper Lil Wayne could hit the chart with 13th studio album Funeral.
This week’s Albums Chart could include moves by Taylor Swift’s Lover and James Blunt’s Once Upon A Mind, among others.

Taylor Swift could hit the Top 50 with ‘Only The Young’, a new track featured in her documentary Miss Americana; following the announcement of her second album, Future Nostalgia, Dua Lipa releases the new single ‘Physical’; Menangle band The Rubens could hit the Top 50 with ‘Live In Life’.
Watch out for moves up the chart this week by Roddy Ricch’s ‘The Box’, Halsey’s ‘You Should Be Sad’ and Lewis Capaldi’s ‘Before You Go’.
