Who'll top this week's ARIA Charts?

February 12, 2020

New releases come from Green Day, Justin Bieber and more.

Last week, we had our first Australian chart-topper for 2020 as Brisbane band Dune Rats took out their second #1 album with Hurry Up And Wait. On the Singles Chart, The Weeknd held #1 for a third week with ‘Blinding Lights’.
Who could we see challenge for the top spots on the ARIA Charts this week?
Let’s look at some of the possible debutants and movers.
American punk veterans Green Day will be aiming for their third #1 album with Father Of All...; the soundtrack to Birds Of Prey: The Album could hit the Top 50 for the first time; Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats team up for the EP Unlocked; American singer-songwriter Richard Marx could chart with a studio album for the first time in over 25 years with Limitless.
This week’s Albums Chart could include moves by Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody soundtrack and Green Day’s Greatest Hits: God's Favorite Band, among others.
Justin Bieber releases the second single from Changes, the Quavo-featured ‘Intentions’; American singer-songwriter Khalid and English electronic duo Disclosure release the collaboration ‘Know Your Worth’; Sydney hip hop act Onefour could take their second Top 50 entry with ‘Welcome To Prison’; Joji could pick up his second chart entry with ‘Run’.
Be on the lookout for moves up the chart this week by Doja Cat’s ‘Say So’ and The Rubens’ ‘Live In Life’.
